Teknox addressed the issue by designing a customized parts washer for the client's needs.
Efficient Treatment Tunnel
The treatment tunnel receives a part every 5 seconds from a conveyor, loads it onto a dedicated handling system, and moves it through all phases of the machine: washing, rinsing, blowing, and hot drying.
Pallet Handling
The system used is a linear tunnel with 2 tanks and pallet handling, specifically configured to ensure effective cleaning of the electrical capacitors.
Complete Removal of Toxic Substances
Thanks to the washing process and subsequent stages, the system ensures the complete removal of toxic substances contaminating the electrical capacitors, guaranteeing operator safety.
Results Achieved
